How many Volunteers do I need?

• 500 pizzas - 20 to 30

• 3000 pizzas - 50 minimum but 80+ is recommended

What does my group need to provide?

People to make the pizzas, the tables to make them on, and the space to make them in.
Floor covering for your space is optional but encouraged for easier clean up.
For 3000+ orders a space of at least 40’x60’ is needed

What does PoP Fundraising provide?

We will provide everything you need for a smooth event.
All the food, measuring devices, bowls, spoons, can openers, spatulas, and pizza making expertise!
We will be with you from set up to tear down make sure you have a smooth event.

What types of Pizzas do we offer?

• Deluxe - Red Sauce, pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, green pepper, onion, and cheese

• Chicken Bacon Ranch - ranch, chicken, bacon, mozzarella, and cheddar

• Meatlover - Red sauce, pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and cheese

• Pepperoni - Red sauce, cheese, and pepperoni

• Cheese - Red sauce and cheese

• Gluten free crusts are also available at an additional cost.

How far in advance does an order need to be placed?

A rough order needs to be placed 6 weeks in advance of the day you want to build your pizzas. Small changes may be made up to 2 weeks before the day of the event.

What is the minimum number of pizzas that can be ordered?

• 500 pizzas is the minimum.

• At 3000 or more pizzas we will provide a refrigerated semi trailer for you to store your finished pizzas on until you can get them all distributed.
